The Moody Church
R. A. Colby designed a new four-manual, low-profile French terrace console for The Moody Church in Chicago. The console was created to give the organist clear visibility across the stage while maintaining a minimal visual footprint within the worship space.
Its subtle lines and dark finishes were chosen to keep the focus on the chancel rather than the surrounding appointments, allowing the console to integrate naturally into the church’s architectural setting.
