St. Clare of Assisi

Colby was honored to custom-build the organ for St. Clare of Assisi, installed high in the rear gallery of the church. Designed to complement the building’s acoustics and architectural style, the instrument delivers a rich and responsive sound that supports both worship and performance.

Since its dedication in April 2023, the organ has become a vital part of the parish’s musical life. It has been featured in public events such as the Piccolo Spoleto festival’s L’Organo series and continues to serve a variety of musical programming.

As a new instrument in a recently completed Gothic space, this organ reflects Colby’s dedication to thoughtful design and musical integrity. It stands as a meaningful addition to the worship experience and to the broader cultural life of the region.
