Colonial Heights Presbyterian were seeking a quality instrument but were unable to support a completely new organ. Another local Presbyterian Church was installing a new instrument and offered their Delaware/Moller organ for sale. While the instrument was faced with action issues it had very good pipe resources at a superb price.

The organ was fit with new electro-mechanical windchests, new winding system, revised layout and moved to Colonial Heights. The optimal resources from the Delaware/Moller were utilized and combined with minimal digital extensions and solo stops to round out the harmonic depth of the instrument as well as to provide greater reed resources. A new console was constructed and operates the instrument with a full Walker control system.
