Prince of Peace

Largo, FL
III Manual Contemporary Drawknob Console
77 Stop Controls
24 Coupler Controls
48 Ranks

This beautiful installation is a relocated and rebuilt Austin instrument that is now serving Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. The organ was completely rebuilt and relocated with tonal additions to complement the stop configuration.

A new casework was built in a multi-dimensional detail to harmonize with the modern character and style of the structure. The focal point of the case represents the uplifted arms of Christ. This style is prevalent in art work throughout the church. The approaching side pipes are curved and reflect the sometimes rolling path to reach the arms of Christ. The final undertone of the case character is the flowing molding which leaves the arms of Christ and support all along the path to him.
